Terms of service

This page explains how HaulHire handles purchases and the details you send us.

Who you’re buying from

HaulHire is sold by Van Birch, operating as Axiom Solutions. Receipts come from Axiom Solutions, and card charges appear as AXIOM SOLUTIONS.

Plans and payment

Plans are purchased through Stripe checkout at the price shown on this website. One-time purchases are charged once. Monthly plans are charged at checkout and then each month until you cancel.

What each plan includes

Single Ad ($49, one time). 1 driver job ad (headline, full post, short social version) in 2 business days, plus 1 round of edits.

Recruiter ($99 a month). Up to 3 driver job ads each month (headline, full post, short social version), delivered within 3 business days of your start form or renewal. A monthly refresh of each ad on request. Up to 2 edit rounds per ad per month. Unused ads and edits do not carry over.

Fleet ($199 a month). Up to 8 driver job ads each month, delivered within 2 business days of your start form or renewal, in one consistent company voice. Up to 2 edit rounds per ad per month. Unused ads and edits do not carry over.

Timing

Business days are Monday to Friday (US Eastern time), excluding US federal holidays. Delivery times start once we have everything the start form asks for. If something is missing, we let you know, and the time starts when you send it.

You stay in control

Everything is written only from the details you send. You review it and decide where and whether to use it. Pay, benefits and requirements appear exactly as you supply them, and ads avoid wording that equal-employment rules prohibit.

Cancelling

To cancel a monthly plan, send us a message on our contact page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; you won’t be charged again.

If we can’t deliver

If we can’t deliver the plan you bought, we will refund that payment.

What we do and don’t do

HaulHire writes driver recruiting job ads from the details you send. It does not post ads, screen or contact applicants, make hiring decisions, or advise on employment law or DOT compliance.
